By accessing or using RadarCoverage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RadarCoverage provides radar coverage simulation and analysis tools for RF engineers, defense professionals, and infrastructure planners. The Service includes terrain-based propagation modeling, coverage visualization, and analysis export capabilities.
3. Use of Service
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for legitimate radar coverage analysis, planning, and research purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Simulation Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: The radar coverage simulations provided by this Service are for planning and analysis purposes only. Results are based on theoretical propagation models and terrain data, and may not reflect actual real-world radar performance. Factors such as vegetation, buildings, atmospheric conditions, and equipment variations may cause actual coverage to differ from simulated results.
Users should validate critical coverage predictions with field measurements and not rely solely on simulation results for safety-critical applications.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service and any analysis results you generate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadarCoverage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RadarCoverage and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
